We were met by the beautiful Asiyat, who helped us choose an ear piercing for our daughter. She kindly explained all stages of the procedure and helped fill out the necessary documents. Next, a true professional quickly and quietly did the piercing. The daughter was very happy and said that it did not hurt at all. Everything was fast, clean, sterile, convenient and organized at the highest level. I recommend it to everyone 👌

i walked into my appointment feeling ugly:(, helpless and could barely look at myself until Jack came to the rescue and gave me my luscious pink locks. now i have my personality again. goodbye depression, hello confidence!!!!! he knew exactly what i envisioned and went straight to work making my hair absolute perfection. no one else could have done it better. his years of experience definitely did show. he was super accomodating, affordable and thorough with his technique. plus, chatting with him felt like talking to a friend. he even ended the session with heaps of tips and tricks on how to keep this pink masterpiece looking fresh. definitely my new go to guy and will recommend to absolutely everyone. jack, you’re the real MVP. 5 stars all the way. i love my new hair:)

Do not go here!! I have short, thin hair and Dee charged me $190 for JUST a toner and dry off (that didn't do anything despite Dee convincing me that I would need a toner and showing me the colour my hair would look like after..) Apparently she was being nice and this would usually cost $250?! What is super interesting is that Richmond Hair House Warehouse only charges $40 for the same service. I also called up a few days later and spoke to Dee anonymously and asked how much this service would cost (described my hair length and thickness too) and was told $80! On the website for $240 there is the “Pamper Me Package” from $240, which includes an all over colour, cut, blow dry, treatment and 1/4 a head of highlights. How could my treatment possibly have costed more than this?! When it comes to the service itself I feel like I was really misguided. I came in to buy some an at home toning product and Dee told me it wouldn’t work well, I would need to get my hair professionally toned and she offered to quickly do mine on the spot. She showed me the colour in the book that my hair would get to. I didn’t want to waste my money on a toning product that Dee said wouldn't work so I agreed. I told her I was in a rush as I had Work in an hour and she said it would be very quick. In the middle of my service she had another client come in, and it all became very rushed. The toner was left on longer than the timer/how long she said it would take to me, and then I had to remind them I had to go. I had what I believe was a trainee taking the toner out and then when she started doing the dry off with the blow dryer she realised there was still toner left in my hair, so I had to go back and get it washed out again. When the service was done, Dee herself said you 'couldn't see much difference' when showing me the before and after photo. This whole situation feels very wrong to me, my service didn’t work, went overtime, mistakes were made, a treatment was put in my hair that I didn’t ask for, I was misguided about the results and I was charged such a high price and told I was getting a “cheaper price than usual”- when clearly I was not. I have given Hair House Melbourne Central Months to resolve this issue before I left my honest review. Unfortunately they stopped responding. I will continue to take action until this is rectified and I hope I prevent others from being scammed by Dee at Hair House Melbourne. Perhaps go to Richmond Hair House they seemed lovely and fair! Or perhaps go to a high end salon because Dee will not hesitate to charge you similar prices for an appalling service!
